Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs demands names of alleged victims be released so he ‘can prepare for trial’

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team wants the names of his alleged victims to be revealed so he can “prepare for trial.”

On Tuesday, the “Act Bad” rapper’s lawyers hit back at six lawsuits that were filed against Combs the day prior, accusing the disgraced hip-hop mogul of a range of sexual crimes.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Combs’ attorneys — including Marc Agnifilo, Teny Geragos, Anthony Ricco, Alexandra Shapiro and Anna Estevao — want the “government to identify [the] alleged victims so that Mr. Combs can prepare for trial.”

The Revolt co-founder’s legal team argued in the docs that their client’s case is “unique” because of the “number of individuals levying allegations against Mr. Combs due to his celebrity status, wealth and the publicity of his previously settled lawsuit and the grand jury leaks and false inflammatory statements by the DHS agents.”

Due to that, Combs’ legal team said “a torrent of allegations by unidentified complainants, spanning from the false to outright absurd” have been filed against the dad of seven.

The lawyers also addressed the recent victims’ attorney, Tony Buzbee, who recently held a press conference informing the public that he was representing more than 120 men, women and minors who have claims against Combs.

Combs’ attorneys also want the government to “turn over all exculpatory material” regarding the leak of the 2016 hotel video surveillance which showed him attacking Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. CNN

“Counsel for these accusers recently convened a press conference (prior to filing) at which he claimed to represent 120 accusers making outrageous and deeply prejudicial allegations, including violent sexual assault and sexual abuse of minors,” the docs read.

“This publicity stunt, broadcast on Instagram, included a ‘1-800’ number that reportedly received 12,000 calls in the first 24 hours.”

Additionally, Combs’ attorneys want the government to “turn over all exculpatory material” regarding the leak of the 2016 hotel video surveillance which showed the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper violently attacking his then-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura.

They also want the identities of the Homeland Security Investigations agents who were responsible for the leak.

The filing from Combs’ legal team comes after he was hit with six additional lawsuits, accusing him of rape, sexual assault and threatening to kill victims.

One man claimed he was 16 when the Sean John founder allegedly fondled his genitals during his infamous all-white party in 1998 in the Hamptons.

Combs’ legal team slammed Buzbee and shut down the claims in the new suits, telling Page Six: “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.
