Raquel Leviss claims Tom Schwartz’s apartment was a ‘safe place’ for her, Tom Sandoval to ‘meet up’ during affair
He was their haven.
Raquel Leviss claimed Tom Schwartz’s apartment became “a safe place” for her and Tom Sandoval “to meet up” amid their affair.
The “Vanderpump Rules” alum, 29, admitted during Tuesday’s episode of her “Rachel Goes Rogue” podcast that she “felt like Sandoval put him [Schwartz] in a bad position where he didn’t have a say” in letting them hang out at his apartment.
“I know that [Schwartz] tried to set boundaries with Sandoval and not having me there and really encouraging him to break up with Ariana [Madix] and just come clean, but Sandoval didn’t, and he didn’t respect his boundaries,” she continued.
Leviss further claimed that Sandoval, 41, “reassured” her that it was “fine” that she was at Schwartz’s apartment with him.
Elsewhere in the podcast, Leviss confirmed Schwartz’s previous confession that Sandoval immediately confided in him about their first hookup in August 2022.
She also claimed that Sandoval was “not happy” when Schwartz, 41, “came clean” about the timeline of their affair, because he “definitely didn’t stick to the date Sandoval wanted him to.”
She had also made similar claims during the Season 10 reunion when she admitted that Sandoval had wanted her to “lie about specific timeline things.”
“[Sandoval] feels like it would be less hurtful to say that this wasn’t going on for so long,” she added.
Sandoval’s rep didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
In March 2023, Sandoval and Madix, 38, called it quits after almost 10 years over his affair with Leviss.
Because Leviss previously had a brief fling with Schwartz, fans questioned when or if he discovered the affair, which he initially went back and forth on his knowledge.
Sandoval also initially denied that he told his BFF in the social media apologies he shared.
“Schwartz specifically only found out about this very recently, and most definitely did not condone my actions,” Sandoval wrote in March 2023.
Schwartz later owned up to being aware of their first hookup, but he claimed he wasn’t aware the two were “in love” or having an “emotional affair.”

Sandoval and Leviss eventually confessed their love for one another on the explosive Season 10 reunion filmed a few weeks later, but they broke up by May 2023.
Leviss has since quit “Vanderpump Rules” and has slowly been sharing her side of the story on her new podcast.
Most recently, Leviss slammed Sandoval for acting like the “victim” to “make himself look better.”
“It seemed like he really did flip on me, and he really threw me under the bus, and he was OK with it, and it seemed like he was doing a lot of victim blaming and not taking accountability and owning it and maybe standing up for me a little bit,” she said on the Jan. 8 episode.
Meanwhile, Sandoval also launched his own podcast and went back to filming for Season 11 of the Bravo show, which returns on Jan. 30.
