Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez paused their star-studded Italy trip to meet the pope.
The helicopter pilot, 54, posted Instagram photos Thursday from their sit-down with Pope Francis.
“It was an honor for Jeff and me to spend time with His Holiness, @franciscus at his home in the Vatican,” she wrote. “His wisdom, warmth, and humor were deeply touching.”
Sánchez shared some of the 87-year-old’s “gentle wisdom,” writing, “He reminded us not to take life too seriously, a simple yet powerful reminder to keep lightness in our hearts.
“We also discussed the urgent need for climate action, something he’s passionate about, as are all of us at the Bezos Earth Fund,” she continued.
“His belief in finding beauty and meaning in everything we do resonated deeply with me,” the former entertainment reporter added. “I love that he encourages priests to read poetry and literature to stay connected with the human spirit.”
She concluded her caption by calling their interaction an “incredible blessing.”
In the social media slideshow’s leading photo, Sánchez and her fiancé shook hands with the head of the Catholic Church.
The couple, who sat on a couch while chatting with the pope and also posed for standing snaps, matched in black outfits.
The photo carousel comes amid the pair’s glitzy trip overseas.
The duo were photographed kissing in front of the Trevi Fountain Tuesday and subsequently enjoyed a romantic dinner date in Rome.
Three days prior, they spent time on Bezos’ $485 million superyacht in Sardinia with Orlando Bloom, Katy Perry, Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria Ceretti.
The “Woman’s World” singer gave Instagram glimpses of their time on the water, including a video of her and Bloom jumping from her helicopter into the water.
The “Lord of the Rings” star also skydived with Sánchez’s 23-year-old son, Nikko, last week.
In July, Bezos, 60, and Sánchez, who got engaged in May 2023, jet skied in the Aegean Sea with Kim Kardashian during their Greece getaway.
