This heart will go on.

Sam Smith brought serious “Titanic” energy to Friday’s BBC Proms concert in London, wearing an updated version of the dazzling Heart of the Ocean necklace from the movie that Celine Dion rocked at the 1998 Oscars.

The “Stay With Me” singer, — who uses they/them pronouns — wowed in a variety of looks as they performed their hits at Royal Albert Hall, but the real star of the show was their 40-carat blue topaz Asprey pendant surrounded by glittering diamonds.

The “Dancing With a Stranger” singer shared an Instagram post and a Reel showing off their voluminous maroon Vivienne Westwood gown while performing “Latch,” pairing the dress with the “Titanic”-inspired heart-shaped necklace.

Smith — who is known for their envelope-pushing performances — wore long burgundy gloves with the gown, which featured a velvet corseted bodice, crinkled taffeta skirt and sash-like shoulder detail.

Asprey’s Topaz Heart of the Ocean necklace was modeled after both the original “Titanic” piece and the recreation that Celine Dion wore to perform the movie’s hit song, “My Heart Will Go On,” at the 1998 Academy Awards.

Interestingly, the original Heart of the Ocean necklace Kate Winslet wears in the 1997 movie was “made with gold settings and colored glass instead of diamonds,” per Asprey.

While Dion wore a version featuring a 171-carat sapphire and a whopping 102 carats of diamonds, the “Unholy” singer sported a smaller topaz design surrounded by 23 carats of round diamonds on the chain and around the pendant.

Along with being a piece of Oscars history, Dion’s necklace also has a tie to the royal family; it was later donated to Sotheby’s for an auction benefiting the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund and sold for $2.2 million to an anonymous bidder.

But the “Power of Love” singer’s heart has gone on and on, as she wore a costume version of the necklace during Paris Fashion Week 2019.

Perhaps Sam and Celine can sing a duet of the song with their matching necklaces.
