Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner snapped up an iconic Malibu, Calif., mansion for a cool $29.5 million.

The model, 32, and the venture capitalist, 39, purchased the pricey property, dubbed the “Wave House,” for a discount as the home was originally listed for an asking price of $49.5 million in June 2023, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The mid-century modern West Coast home was previously owned by Rod Stewart and was designed by the late great architect Harry Gesner in the 1950s.

The structure resembles waves breaking along the shore thanks to its unique curved roof with hand-cut, scale-like copper shingles.

“I wanted the house to have the look of a giant wave at the peak of its strength,” Gesner said in Lisa Germany’s book, “Houses of the Sundown Sea: The Architectural Vision of Harry Gesner.

The layout is also believed to be designed to look like the Sydney Opera House.

Gesner famously sketched out the plans for the abode while sitting on a surfboard on the water outside of where the home now stands.

Situated atop stilts on an acre of beachfront land, the compound spans 6,200 square feet and boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and three wrap-around terraces perfect for taking in the waterfront views.

The home features a luxurious beach-facing primary suite with a sauna, three vaulted “public rooms,” a 60s-style conversation pit, a central fireplace and a hot tub.

“With its unique design and captivating atmosphere, the Wave House stands as a testament to the artistic vision of architect Harry Gesner and its enduring appeal in the real estate market,” Dena Luciano, one of the listing reps, previously told The Post.

“It is awe-inspiring, while simultaneously evoking a sense of relaxation,” Luciano added.

The estate has a separate building that is currently being utilized as a garage and a guest house.

Gesner originally designed the architectural gem – which was famously featured in the 2019 film “Yesterday” – for a local couple in the area who owned a lumberyard.

Stewart acquired the home in the early 1970s and Warner Bros. Records executive Mo Ostin bought the pad in 1989.

Following Ostin’s death in 2022, his estate handled the home sale to Kloss and Kushner.

The couple tied the knot in 2018 and share two sons: Levi Joseph, 3, and Elijah Jude, whom they welcomed in July 2023.

The “Project Runway” star and her husband already have an impressive real estate portfolio.

Page Six reported in 2020 that the pair purchased a $23.5 million eight-bedroom Miami home located around the corner from Josh’s brother, Jared Kushner, and his wife, Ivanka Trump.

The Code with Karlie founder and Josh also own a $42.5 million penthouse apartment in New York City.
