The Holiday House is Rhode Island’s go-to hotspot.
Taylor Swift shelled out $17.75 million for her 11,000-square-foot house on the east coast in 2013 and has since welcomed dozens of celebs through its doors.
The 5.23-acre estate, known as High Watch or Holiday House, features eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms — plenty of space for all her A-list acquaintances.
Despite the “Fortnight” singer’s busy schedule, she has famously hosted star-studded Fourth of July parties at the hilltop home.
Keep scrolling to see which celebs have been invited to the coastal property over the years.
Blake Lively
Blake Lively has stayed at the Rhode Island home several times ever since she and Swift struck up a friendship in 2015.
The “Cruel Summer” singer seemingly threw Lively a birthday party at the mansion in August 2024.
The star-studded event included the “Gossip Girl” star’s four children, who are Swift’s godkids.
Ryan Reynolds
Although Lively has gone on several girls’ trips to the estate, she has also brought her husband, Ryan Reynolds, along for a few shindigs.
Reynolds famously took part in a couple’s photo with Lively, Swift and her then-boyfriend Tom Hiddleston in 2016.
Reynolds also took a trip up to Rhode Island in 2024 to celebrate his wife’s 37th birthday.
Gigi Hadid
Gigi Hadid has been attending parties at the palatial property for nearly a decade.
In 2016, the supermodel and the pop star coordinated their outfits for the fun-filled weekend, wearing matching striped swimsuits and baggy USA-themed onesies.
Swift even played Cupid in October 2023 by letting Hadid stay at the home when she wasn’t there so that she and boyfriend Bradley Cooper could have some alone time.
Bradley Cooper
Cooper was also extended an invitation to Lively’s big birthday bash in August 2024.
The “Silver Linings Playbook” actor brought his daughter, Lea, along for the low-key weekend.
The Haim sisters
Este Haim, Danielle Haim and Alana Haim have been part of Swift’s closest circle for nearly a decade and have attended several of her spirited Fourth of July parties over the years.
The musicians were photographed at the home in 2015, 2016 and again in 2023.
Travis Kelce
Travis Kelce began dating the pop star in July 2023 and was first spotted at her Rhode Island residence nearly a year later.
The NFL star was pictured on the balcony chatting with pals during a laid-back weekend in August 2024.
Jason and Kylie Kelce
Swift has also grown close to the tight end’s brother, Jason Kelce, and his wife, Kylie Kelce, who were both present at Lively’s birthday party in August 2024.
Although Lively and Cooper’s children were there, it’s unclear if the Kelces brought their three daughters.
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes
When Swift started dating Travis, she also struck up a friendship with his Kansas City Chiefs teammate and bestie, Patrick Mahomes, and his wife, Brittany Mahomes.
The Mahomes joined the group at Swift’s beautiful home in August 2024 and brought their daughter Sterling and son Bronze along to hang out with the other kids.
Channing Tatum
Channing Tatum was seemingly a first-time attendee at Swift’s Rhode Island home in August 2024.
The “Step Up” star was seemingly blown away by the property as he was photographed snapping pictures of the stunning views.
Zoë Kravitz
Zoë Kravitz was first spotted at Swift’s New England estate in August 2024 despite striking up a friendship in 2016.
One week before the Rhode Island trip, Kravitz and Tatum traveled to London to watch the singer perform at Wembley Stadium.
Selena Gomez
Although Swift took a couple of years off from hosting her Fourth of July parties, she restarted the tradition in 2023.
While the festive weekend had a smaller guest list than usual, the pop star invited her close girlfriends — including longtime bestie Selena Gomez.
Cara Delevingne
Cara Delevingne took a dip in the water at Watch Hill in 2016 alongside a slew of other models.
Delevingne also took on the role of prankster at the party, telling James Corden she scared Kesha and the Haim sisters into thinking the property was haunted.
Karlie Kloss
Karlie Kloss was a staple at Swift’s Fourth of July parties before their rumored falling out in 2017.
The model even brought now-husband Josh Kushner along for the party in 2016.
However, she and Swift, who were once inseparable, have not been photographed together in over six years.
Martha Hunt
Martha Hunt was a longtime member of Swift’s model squad and, like Kloss and Hadid, attended several Rhode Island hangouts over the years.
Joe and Nick Jonas
Two-thirds of the Jonas Brothers made a surprise appearance at Swift’s swanky digs in 2015.
At the time, Joe was dating Hadid and the brothers were photographed drinking some tequila while wearing matching American flag onesies.
Ed Sheeran
Swift’s longtime pal, Ed Sheeran, also occasionally popped up at her parties after they struck up a friendship in 2012, while collaborating on her album “Red.”
In fact, the “Thinking Out Loud” singer had his first official date with now-wife Cherry Seaborn at Swift’s home in 2015, after the pop star encouraged him to invite the field hockey player over.
“I was texting [Seaborn], and she was like, ‘I’m in Rhode Island at a 4th of July party,’ and I was like, ‘So am I.’ I kinda said to Taylor, ‘Can I invite one of my old schoolmates?’ The rest is history,” he told People in 2017.
The couple had so much fun they came back the following year.
Ruby Rose
There was a small “Orange is the New Black” reunion at Swift’s estate in 2016 when Ruby Rose and Uzo Aduba showed up to her iconic red, white and blue bash.
Tom Hiddleston
Tom Hiddleston famously joined Swift in New England at the beginning of their three-month relationship in 2016.
The then-couple was seen packing on the PDA throughout the weekend and the “Thor” actor even wore a now iconic “I ❤️ T.S.” shirt.
Although many believed it was a public declaration of love for the singer, the actor later told GQ that the shirt did not belong to him and it was “a joke” amongst the guests.
Emma Stone
Emma Stone was among the group of guests invited to Swift’s 2014 Fourth of July party.
The “La La Land” star also brought along then-boyfriend Andrew Garfield for the activities — which included a fun boat day, pool time and lots of baking.
Lena Dunham
Lena Dunham was also invited to Swift’s second inaugural Independence Day bash. At the time, the “Girls” star was dating the singer’s longtime producer and collaborator, Jack Antonoff.
Despite Dunham’s 2018 split from Antonoff, she and Swift have remained friends. However, she seemingly hasn’t been to the Holiday House in a few years.
Hailee Steinfeld
Hailee Steinfeld was one of the first of Swift’s friends to visit her home after she bought it in 2013.
In May of that year, the “Starving” singer and Swift were spotted walking around the town of Waverly for Memorial Day.
The duo was reportedly joined by Antonoff, Dunham and “Gossip Girl” star Jessica Szohr.
Calvin Harris
Calvin Harris made a splash at Swift’s 2015 Fourth of July party and was photographed snuggled up to the pop star on a massive swan floatie.
However, the twosome called it quits in June 2016 — one month before her largest Rhode Island party to date.
